A road accident claimed the lives of a man and his two daughters after a speeding truck ran over their motorcycle in Kot Addu.

According to police sources, Momin Shah was on his way to drop his daughters at college when the speeding truck hit their motorcycle.

The impact caused the motorbike to fall under the truck, killing all three on the spot. The deceased girls were identified as 16-year-old Moazzama, a first-year student, and 17-year-old Wajeeha, second-year student.

The incident has cast a pall of gloom over the area. RPO of Dera Ghazi Khan, Azhar Ikram, sought a detailed report from the DPO of Kot Addu.
